My name is Shandi Temperato and I graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College with my MSW. I've worked in christian women's counseling for over 6 years and I've found my passion working to help my people overcome their greatest obstacles.
Freedom from addiction, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and poor body image IS possible and I'm here to tell you that I've witnessed it multiple times!
For the last 4 years I've been meeting clients in Rochester NY at local coffee shops, nature parks, and my private office-space in order to create warm, cozy environments where you're able to open up and talk about the tough stuff. Where you feel most comfortable can become your place of healing.
